Why can not I modify my account age so I can not upload custom image Please help

once set the age of an account can never be changed

I would like to change my xbox account from Child to Adult, because I want to be able to upload a custom image as my gamer pic but I cannot figure it out so i’m looking for some help on this if possible. So can somebody please help?

I’ve constantly been trying to change my gamerpic but it simply wont let me. I have downloaded the picture i want to use but every time i press upload it says, “Something went wrong while uploading the image. Try again later.” I tried changing my
gamerpic on console and on the xbox app but both platforms keep saying that something went wrong and to try again later. Im really confused on why it is always saying this because I have an adult account and the image corresponds with Xbox Codes of Conduct.
Please help me to resolve this so that i can use custom images for my profile.

Oh, I'm sorry you're going through this situation. I will tell you the correct steps to upload a custom image to your Xbox account.

To upload a custom image, connect a USB device with the JPG or PNG image you want to use.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Go to Profile & System, select your profile, and then select My Profile.
Select Customize Profile > Change Player Picture.
Select Upload a custom image and choose one to use from your connected device.

Note: Custom images are only available for adult Microsoft accounts.

It may take a while for your custom image to appear while we verify that it can be used. (If not, the image will revert to the last player or avatar image you were using.)

You can also try changing the image using a mobile device, in case these steps do not solve the problem you are experiencing.

The minecraft support theme coudnt help so much for getting my account back is there really no other way to unlock it please or to transfer the minecraft account to another microsoft account! Please i beg of you can you please pass it to superiors if u cannot help me!
