Why can not I enter my "xbox live gold" code correctly?

I cant redeem my code, it says that there is a problem. i want to play and this doesnt let me. my code is a "Xbox live gold for 3 months"

Good night verify that the letters and numbers that enter correctly or the marchant that actívate the code.

 

it´s rigth, look this is what is says... "An unexpected error occurred. It has been registered and we will investigate it. Try to redeem the code later."

You may need to wait until the morning for that issue to be resolved therefore. You could try entering on the Web Account or the companion app.

It could be 5 minutes, it could be 5 hours. There's really no way to know until they clear it from the site. You can request a notification from the status alert page.
