BEEN WITH MY REWARD A LONG TIME IT SEEM TO WORK TWICE A YEAR WHY?? THERE NOT A THING WRONG WITH MY INFO AND IF THERE IS DETAIL PLEASE. I PUT IN A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY TO AND WITH XBOX . I WOULD LIKE MY REWARD I HAVE EARD THEM IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE THANK
YOU. PS: I KNOW XBOX WORK HARD TOO BUT THIS IS GETTING SILLY AND NOT FAIR.

"Why stay?" : Very good question. I guess people have the hope that MS will get everything fixed up top-notch and then there investment will be complete. For some people, switching consoles isn't a financial option, so this is why they stay. Some people
will never be happy.... and I said in my first post, some people just stir the pot. /

Why does my Power Brick stay on?

Go to the settings and under power options choose the "power saving" option. Now this will turn it off just like the 360, although it seems to take a little longer, but like Carnage pointed out using this setting won't allow the voice commands to turn it on bc all power is shut offClick to expand...

Yea i figured thats what it was, but isnt the brick being on all the itme bad for it? like i dont want it to burn out or something lol

Hello kking11ny,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and
thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While they have been able to provide fixed deposits like your deposit in
June, at the moment they have not yet provided us with an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Why is the account suspended, that is the problem you must fix, if it is suspended, nothing will work with rewards until that is fixed.

i dont know the problem, when im going login in my account say "your account has been suspended" and when I click on the link about what "can" be, it says that there was an error ...

Hey Unwrittensun. Unfortunately, there is not yet a resolution to the deposit issue you are having. The Payment Operations team is working on it. Once there is a fix, we will make a deposit to your account. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Hi Rodrigo, I connected my Xbox to my hotspot like you asked and it just did the same thing and stayed on the joining server screen.

I don’t know why this is happening.

Do I need to get someone to come and check it out or can you find other ways to fix it?
