    why can i only submit one case review?


    ive been permanently banned and wasn't given any reason as to why, i was having a private discussion with my friend and then i got kicked out of my account and was told ive been permanently suspended and i looked at the enforcement site and looked at the details and none of my messages were quoted so im not sure what i did, ive had my account ever since I was 4 and had it with Xbox live ever since 2017 im not sure what i did, ive submitted an appeal but it was rejected and cant send another, id understand like a year long text ban but a permanent ban is too far especially since i have zero strikes, i really want my account back... im really not sure what i did, ive spent basically my whole life on this account and it's helped me coped with alot of rough times, if i can get my account back im happy to apologise to my friend and cut contact with them, please.

    I'd like to know why i was banned without reason, i wasn't arguing with anyone i wasn't swearing i wasn't using slurs i wasn't in a party or match or anything

    No one here works for Microsoft so no one will know how it works. I have not heard of anyone ever being falsely banned.
