    Why can I only log in to one account at a time on xbox


    I have been playing on my Xbox for about 5 years now and I have found a problem that is new to me. It is that I can now only log into one of my 3 accounts at a time. This is a problem for me as I have all my games on the account I can get into but I am no longer able to share the games to other accounts. Please would you be able to tell me why this is the case and if so help me to fix it.

    I have applied the home Xbox to the account that owns the games but it still only allows me to log in to one account at a time

    The log in to one account at a time is the issue that I would like advice to solve.

    When I log into a second account when one has already been logged into, it gives a message saying there has been a problem with this feature.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Currently the only way to share games from one account to other accounts on Xbox One or Xbox Series consoles is through the "Home Xbox" feature. You must configure the account that owns the license for the games as Home Xbox, in the following link you will find the steps and more information about it.

    Sorry, but you can only log-in to one console at a time with the same account. This is why the other one gets disconnected.

    This is by design.

    It only good for one account. And that why it only on the guess account. that why you only do it for the account you wanted it in. So you only had you main account log on and not the guess. I am sorry but I think there nothing we can do.
