    Why can I not share my Game Pass subscription with my family?


    I have been paying for a subscription for years now, yet now that I am setting up profiles for my family, they cannot access games I already have access to.

    Yes, Russ. We can only set our account as Home Xbox to one console at a time.

    Also, there is no information yet on when it will be available for other regions. Sorry for that.

    I would like to clarify, did you purchase Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family or just Xbox Game Pass Ultimate/Game Pass Console?

    This will determine the reason why as well as the steps we can perform so your family can get access to the susbcription.

    When will it be released in Canada? Setting my newest hardware as home will not enable my family to play at the same time on multiple consoles.
