Why can I not see or make chats on minecraft Lifeboat server?

On the console edition of Minecraft, the "Add Server" button is not available by default. This is because Minecraft Bedrock on consoles is more limited compared to the PC/mobile versions.

You can only join the featured servers listed in the “Servers” tab, such as Hive, Lifeboat, Mineplex, etc. Adding custom servers manually is not officially supported on consoles at this time.

Someone in the Minecraft Lifeboat City server /hacker me but I don't even know how hack, even if I did I wouldn't hack the server or any server because I know it is wrong. So now I can't get into the server. This did anger me a little
(not too much), so I just want to be unbanned from that server. Oh, just a little information about me, I play Minecraft Pocket Edition (MCPE), rarely Minecraft AppleTV Edition, but mostly MCPE.
