why can i not play key board and mouse?

The keyboard and mouse option is not available for certain browsers, try running the Cloud Gaming service from the Edge browser to enable this option, note that this is available on computers running Windows, MacOS or Linux.

Regarding your problem using the controller, check that it is updated through the “Xbox Accessories” app available for consoles and PC.

Mouse and key board just stoped working for me and idk why i can move my mouse but just cant see it and i cant get into pc lobbys??????

Never actually played with a key board but I feel like it could be easier well a mouse at least

While xbox supports the use of mouse and key board there are games such as rainbow six and fortnite that publicly state that if you use a mouse and key board on a console to play their games it is considered cheating. I believe fornite now has it to
where if you use a mouse and key board you are put with other mouse and keyboards as they are a cross platform game.



The problem is, while R6 states that it is cheating to use a M+K, there isn't really anything they can do to stop it. There are people out there selling devices making the console think you are using a controller when you aren't. So even if they patch
it to make it where you cant use a M+K the developer can update it and make their device work again.

Is coming....like was said above still are in tests, but looks like Microsoft wants support for mouse and keyboard to xbox. In my opinion will be more competitive because you already can play with windows 10 users on cross-platform games.
