Why can I not join Rainbow Friends on Roblox on my XBOX One? I keep getting error code 103.

Rainbow friends is the only game I can't play. Idk why, my account it set to my age being 15, idk what else to do

Thank you for your response. The account is my son's and he is 11 so it's not set for over 13 yrs old. He is able to play all over games on roblox though because I set the content for 10+. I did everything you suggested and he is still getting the error code .

Is your Roblox account above 13?

Try perfming a full pwer cycle

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

Once the lights on the front of the console, unplug the power cable from the rear of the console.

Wait at least 1 minute.

Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

Yeah but you just can't play it.

Every other game mode is fine?
