why can i not get a call back from xbox support

Hi I keep asking and it keeps saying there has been an issue please try again - infuriating

If you are facing any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

Would you please clear the browser's cache and try again. If that does not fix the issue, restart your device as well as your network hardware/ router then try again using a different browser.

That don't work iv been trying for6 days now no luck. My console started to smoke then burned out on Saturday. After trying to play the new biablo2 game
