Why Can I not Contact MS/Xbox Support?

I have an issue with the Forza controller I purchased around December, I initially sent it back as the B button stopped working, I sent it away to be repaired, and when I received it back the D-pad no longer worked, I sent it away again and received it back again a few days ago and the A button is sticking.

I want to speak to someone, yet when I get to contact it throws up an error message when I enter any phone number I have, Web chat is also not available and I cannot speak to a human.

I was given a number to call which I did, but that just reverts me back to the contact page where I have the same issues as above.

How can it be so difficult in this era to get to speak to someone other than being pointed to a troubleshooting page?

The worst service I have ever received.

Hello again, if your control has a defect follow the link below to request the warranty of the control if the warranty is still valid.

You access the site above and register a new device using the serial number. you find behind your console.

Then in MORE DETAILs, search to request repair, Start Online Service.

To mail it to Microsoft.

But if you really want to talk to the support, I advise you to choose another subject from the menu.

I’ve literally posted above there is no option for web chat, it says 24/7, but nothing is selectable, just the call option which also doesn’t work.

It’s never been an option, it’s the 3rd fault with the same controller and I’ve always had to create a repair, but I don’t want to go that route, the controller has been broken more time than I’ve actually used it (3 times in 6 months)

Keep sending it away only for it to come back with a different fault, is time consuming and unacceptable.

To add, someone has tried to call from MS after the initial post, but rang my partners number, they told her for me to call back on the below number, but yet again when I call it tells me to do it online as it’s easier 🙄, which I’ve said multiple times I cannot as it doesn’t allow me to.

As for contact with the support is really strange, check on the support page the hours of service, they have specialists who attend 24/7 but in your case, the ideal would be to contact via chat in the hours of service in your region.

It’s like hitting my head against a wall, I have a faulty controller and there is NO option to speak to anyone.

So where do I go from here? just keep a faulty controller that I have returned several times already since November.

So is there anyway to contact MICROSOFT support, my minecraft account got hacked and I've just written a support ticket to mojang, but since the account is a microsoft account (not xbox), I doubt they will be able to help me.

Anyone got a solution?
