Why can i not change my privacy settings

I am unable to change any of my privacy settings. When i try it says i do not have permission. I do not have an xbox family, i am the only one on there so i should be able to change all of my settings but no matter what i try i can not. I have tried to add an account as the organizer but that too did not work.

The child account should be the member. Once done, let the adult account/organizer login to this page and manage the child account's privacy settings.

I have added the new organizer account. How do i make the account im having trouble with (this one) a member and not an organizer

If you were able to add another account as an organizer, did you try accessing your privacy settings using the organizer's account?

Oh i see the problem now, I misclicked when making my microsoft account. I meant to put 2006 not 2008. Is there anyway i can change it?
