    Hi there,

    I am trying to buy an add on. My marketplace is just fine but every time I click the price it loads up Microsoft pay tab I click my card and it starts to load and then just stops. preventing me from buying my thing.

    Hi Lisha,

    Thank you for contacting the forums. Which version of Minecraft are you talking about buy add-ons from? There are 3 separate versions of Minecraft (Minecraft, Minecraft Xbox One Edition and Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition). I would recommend you to buy Xbox 360
    add-ons through the Xbox 360 marketplace if you specifically want add-ons on your son's Xbox 360.

    I can't seem to buy skate 2 anywhere digitally and my new physical copy isn't working.

    I don’t have a physical copy and I can’t purchase the digital version on the xbox 360 marketplace website due to not being able to use the money already on my Microsoft account. Why is the game available if we aren’t able to buy it and how can I get around this?

    I would like to let you know that it is not possible to import custom skins in Minecraft Xbox Edition. You can only purchase and add the ones available in the Minecraft marketplace.

    Minecraft - Skin Pack Four Purchase

    If you purchased the content via the LIVE Marketplace and not the Minecraft In-Game marketplace, it may not recognize the purchase. I'm not aware of any fixes, but for future reference, I suggest buying from the In-Game Marketplace when making add-on purchases.
