    Why can I not add one specific person that I know hasn't blocked me?


    I'm receiving this same error code as well and it's for new friends not old ones. They are able to add me but I can't add them back. I have already reset my modem and Xbox to make sure it wasn't a network thing. Still receiving the message "sorry, we can't save your changes right now. Try again in a while" . My friends list isn't full and this has been a thing for over a week now any idea as to what's going on? The same thing is happening to me, I can't add any new friends, and no, they haven't blocked me, I already checked. It just says "sorry we can't make your changes right now, try again later"

    Are you trying to add them using your Xbox console or Xbox App?

    If on Xbox, please try using an Xbox App or on the website itself via https://xbox.com/profile.

    Make sure that your privacy settings are set up correctly as well.

    Go to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

    The person i’m trying to add was on my friends list then they were not. I know this person and asked them if they blocked me and they said they didn’t.

    Hi there,

    Content restrictions can be set for child accounts, and exceptions can be made for specific games. You'll need the parental account to set to set it.

    I blocked a specific person on Xbox, yet for some reason there bypassing the block still messaging me

    I am afraid that they only work offline. We can only get in touch with them when we report a player or if we apply for a case review if we received an enforcement action or suspension.
