    Why can I not add a new account to my Xbox?


    I am trying to add a new account to my Xbox One X or my Xbox Series X and every time I try I get a screen where it looks like it is loading for a minute and then it takes me right back to where I was. I can’t even add a new account to my family. I have restarted it, reset it, reset my WiFi router, and nothing changes. I’ve seen other posts where people are asking the same thing and no one seems to have an answer. Could someone please help? My Xbox is up to date. It is very frustrating.

    I did also try using the Ethernet cable and it did not work then either.

    Why can I not add a new account to my Xbox?

    No errors or anything. Just as a side note, the store on my Xbox also doesn’t come up properly. And if I try to go to the Xbox site on my phone, the page doesn’t fully load if I’m connected to my WiFi but as soon as I come off it the site loads perfectly. It is very bizarre behavior. I’m thinking it has something to do with my internet in my house but I’m not sure what could be causing it.
