Why can I no longer access my digital deluxe hogwarts games

I've seen no evidence of them working on it. The support staff here haven't even been informed that MS are aware of it. Which is why they keep going over the same futile troubleshooting.

I honestly don't think MS are even aware of this.

Sorry for the trouble. Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders? Check if it will be visible from there and will be stated as "completed" because all successful transactions are added in our order history in real-time.

This is a MS issue. Support staff here do not have an official response from MS as they haven't even acknowledged it yet.

So support here only have the option of following the standard troubleshooting script for this issue. No matter how many times they go through this for people it will NOT fix the issue. But because that's the only script they have they keep following it, even though it should be pretty obvious by now it will never fix the issue.

If you follow their advice you will be removing your account from the xbox, potentially losing game saves if data loss occurs, and if and when MS do resolve the issue their side you will need to download the entire game again.

This is a MS server side issue and until they even acknowledge it, nothing will fix it.

Our time would be better spent sending emails and reports to the media telling them how MS have basically stopped thousands of people around the world from playing harry potter, at least that way if it makes it to the news, somebody at MS may be embarrassed into action..

The only other way this can be fixed is if MS refund the purchase and you repurchase it again. Until they reinstate your license for the deluxe edition, any troubleshooting here will completely fail.

This is an issue on Microsoft's side, apparently they are working on it, plenty of threads in here with it and what's happening.

It should work on April 4, it says on the description of the Deluxe version from this link, https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/hogwarts....

"Consumers who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition will receive access to the Xbox One version on April 4th, 2023. Consumers who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition on or before April 3rd will be entitled to all relevant pre-order bonuses."
