    why can i move my mouse but cant click on xbox


    Yesterday I was playing Coldwar on my console and all of a sudden the next game I could only move my mouse around, but I cannot click. I've started my box many times, used all of the ports, used different mice but none of them are working.

    Already have Xbox insider hub. And thanks for the reply. So whats happening is i have my mouse and keyboard plugged in as normal the game loads up, and i cannot see my mouse, i can click start but it thinks im on controller. So if i unplug my controller,
    it will say “controller disconnected” which should not happen as i have a keyboard and mouse so, if i go into s game i csn move around with bot keyboard and mouse, but if i click inventoryi cant see my mouse again. Basically if i plug it thinks im on controller
    but the mouse is plugged in and i cant see the mouse at all.

    Thanks for the quick reply I'm was asking because when i go on cod 6 i can change my aiming to mouse but i don’t have a mouse yet so when i change it to mouse i cant aim but i can still move around i don’t want to buy a mouse and it not work.
