Why ban communication for xbox profile pic? How long does review take?

Porky pig is copywrite of Warner Bros. Unless his image is available via Xbox Live, using the image as your profile is considered copywrite infringement. Which is likely why it was removed.

all it takes is one report from someone who does not like the pic and the AI auto bans you, it can take up to or even longer than 72 hours. even pics that xbox themselves provide have got people banned.

nothing you can do but wait, support cannot assist and no other way to contact them.

basically, if your ban is 3 days or less then there is no point submitting a review as nothing will be done, the system is broken.

Exactly it wasnt an inappropriate image either my friend has the same profile pic and hes never been banned
