    Why aren’t these two people getting banned


    Ok I’ve been on Xbox for I’d say 3 years and I just got communication banned for 4 days and I was mad but they gave a good reason so I was alright but why I’m saying this is because I have reported 2 people recently who were saying the f word and calling me rude things and swearing a lot so I reported them and nothing happened one time Xbox said that the message was fine and nothing was wrong but the message said F off and that’s all it said so why didn’t they get banned even though they broke the code?

    I’m confused because like I stated one of the reports was dumb in my opinion why he didn’t get suspended for saying F off to me and the enforcement team didn’t do anything oh and this happened 2 weeks ago

    Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with that.

    If you face a similar issue in the future please just ignore, report and block the player

    Sorry to say but no one at Microsoft can suspend players. The only people that can do that is the enforcement team and the only way to report an issue with a player is using the report option

    Please note that reports are not reviewed instantly. Depending on the workload the team can take a bit more.
    If the player is proven guilty they're going to issue a suspension

    I’ve now been experiencing this for 3 days and it’s becoming really annoying, with nothing I can do to fix it. I don’t understand why more people aren’t talking about it and Microsoft aren’t fixing it

    I've received a comms ban for trying to post a LFG, why was it flagged?

    Then why aren't people selling/buying modded accounts getting picked up by this? I've reported 25-30 in the past two months. I understand why I was banned now, but there are some serious holes in this system.
