Why aren't some games updating

    Why aren't some games updating


    So, I set my xbox one to pre-download 4k content and some games did get updates. I switched over to xbox one x and some of my games still haven't updated even though they are listed as xbox one x enhanced.

    Specifically Assasin's creed origins which I am playing now. When I do the both bumpers, start select on controller it says assets installed is Durango only. A few other games do say Scorpio but no AC. Why not?

    Is this a known issue? has the 4k content not dropped yet?

    Kinda feeling like I wasted money if i'm not fully getting the benefits of the new console.

    Would love some input.

    my achievements aren't updating

    I was playing mafia 3 offline and completed the game. Then when I was able to log in on xbox live for 4 days straight I still haven't gotten any achievements for what I completed offline. Is there anything you all can do to help? I tried clearing my xbox
    cache and waiting 72 hours but it still haven't updated. I need help

    my achievements aren't updating

    Hi, there can be many reasons why the achievements do not work, but if your not online its possible they will not unlock. I would suggest redoing them when online. Here is a guide for future achievement issues you may ahveAchievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!!

    I have heard uninstalling the game and re-installing it triggers the 4K assets.

    The more i am reading about these recent controller and system updates, the more i suspect this is a voltage issue caused by the updates with regards to powering devices via USB.

    Hence why some peoples play and charge packs aren't charging and USB HDD's for media aren't functioning properly.

    Connected to Live, but can't update

    I don't know the why or the fix, but many games have patch updates, and if you aren't able to get the updates, it wont allow live playing. Playing online requires the games to be at the latest updated states.
