    I tryed everything to fix my usb ports but nothing worked I cleaned them I checked them every thing but nothing

    I did a soft reset first, and when that didn't work, I did a hard reset. I've reset it multiple times since then.

    I did everything in terms of removing the wires placing them back, hard and soft reset, resetting cache, switching wifi's, still to no avail...
