    Why aren't my Sea of Thieves ancient coins showing up? (Windows)


    I'm a windows player who does not use an Xbox. I have purchased 3 different bundles of ancients coins and a plunder pass, however haven't received any in game. I bought them as "Add-ons" through the Xbox store. I also have all my purchase history but still no coins. I'm not really sure how to get them now and I could use some help. I tried resetting my game after each purchase but never found anything.

    Would you please provide us with further information regarding this issue. Are you facing issues purchasing the coins from the Microsoft store or did you already purchase the coins but it does not appear on your account?

    If you already purchased the coins, please check your order history just to make sure that the purchase was successful. If that's the case, please try to sign out of your account and sign back again then check the coins.

    They don't work for Microsoft so can't do anything about it., You would need to go to the relevant entry in your account and request a refund...or contact support to sort it out
