Why arent my games launching?

I've just updated my windows, and now nearly all of my games won't launch.
I don't get any error messages, just a loading animation on my cursor for half a second and nothing happens.

I've tried everything, resetting the Xbox app, reinstalling all my games and every single "solution" I found, nothing fixed it.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it but it might be worth mentioning that all of my games require game pass, which I own so there shouldn't be a problem but I thought I'd mention it just in case.
I have noticed something odd, I've read a little bit and apparently the apps you install on the Xbox app aren't supposed to go directly to the folder you installed them on. Mine do, which is very weird and I haven't been able to figure out why.

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Repair the Gaming Services app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select Gaming Services, then click Advanced options. Click the repair button, try launching the game again using the Xbox app and see if it works.

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services App

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

Solution 3: Please open the PowerShell in admin mode and paste the following below:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Double check that you arent trying to launch the beta of the game, if that is the case that would be why it isn't launching.

Game arent doing any midnight launches, but HMV is (for some strange reason)

You arent suppose to launch it from the disk tray.Launch it from the game library

Well, to start ... They arent even letting the rest of the world try these features at launch. They are us only. That should get you started wondering why it's pretty useless according to what was shown at the presser.
