Why arent my funtcion, end home pg up and down keys work as shortcuts?

I would like to ask, the keys that aren’t working for you, aren’t working on all your programs like Word, web browser, or are they not working only on a specific program?

Additionally, are you running Windows 10 or 11?
Lastly, what procedures you tried prior to your post creation?

Hi. Sorry that the above advice did not work. You could try the following- Filter Keys. Filter keys is a tool which will prevent duplicate presses (holding down the key no longer causes multiple inputs). This accessibility tool also has a shortcut which can be accidentally turned on (pressing and holding the shift key for eight seconds). You can tell if Filter keys is enabled as it will add an icon to the bottom right of your computer.
To disable Filter keys, open up Windows settings as listed earlier in this guide to the keyboard section of the accessibility options. Scroll down until you reach "Filter Keys."
You can turn off Filter Keys by sliding the on/off button. (Again, it may be a good idea to disable the shortcut key by unchecking the box.)
This should restore the normal input timing for your keyboard.

There are a few possible reasons why your key combinations are not working on the Elite Series 2 controller paddles.

1. The key combination mode is disabled.

By default, key combination mode is disabled on the Elite Series 2 controller. To enable it, follow these steps:

1) Open the Xbox Accessories application.
2) Select "Controller & Accessories".
3) Select your Elite Series 2 controller.
4) Select "Advanced Settings".
5) Activate the "Keyboard Mode" option.

2. The keys you are using are not compatible with the key combination mode.

Keyboard shortcut mode only supports the function keys, arrow keys, Enter key, Tab key, Delete key, Home key, Pause/Pause key and Escape key. If you try to use other keys, they will not work in key combination mode.

So true! The Windows shortcut occasionally bite me in the behind when I’m gaming (such as holding down the shift key for too long).

With regards to Game Bar Shortcut, yes there is a shortcut for this have you somehow tried pressing the Windows key + Alt + R when recording? This is the shortcut key for start and stop recording.
