In order to prevent this from happening again, kindly remove the payment method on your son's Microsoft account by signing his account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option. From there, you can remove your payment card.

You can also check the history of purchases by signing his account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history.

After submitting the refund request, your refund will be accommodated by the refund webform team within 72 hours.

But this in my bank account is 3 times .. and make it every time after few second so it takes 3 times + bills from bank to transaction with i also dont understand why is must transver to US dollar whne it was in chileas pesos

Additional note: The source I need to use is my bank account. If I transfer the total from my bank account to just the paypal account, will it take it from that? I cannot have it charging my card.

I think having multiple accounts causes you to lose control and administration of gamescores, so I always recommend using just one account and take good care of it, as if it were your bank account.
