Only you could have signed up for it, you must log into the account and turn off auto renew for such subscriptions, if that has not worked then contact support for billing issue via phone as nobody here can do anything as this is a public forum with no actual access to accounts.

are you sure it stated ea subscription or did it state and ea account, if ea account that is normal as its an ea game and al ea games need an ea account to play online or off most of the time.
