Why are you shipping pubg to me?

hi I just bought pubg and paid in full. Normally when a game is digital I would expect a code. I noticed after paying it said it would ship the day of release. So I contact support via chat and they tell me no I will not be emailed a code and that it would
be mailed to me. So my question if this is true is why should I not cancel my order and take my money elsewhere? I can have it from amazon or GameStop without waiting for a code to be mailed to my house.

Pubg wont start or amygame after it updated

why won't pubg or any game load on my xbox? After pubg updated this is really annoying and contacted xbox but they keep saying hit pubg and I just want to play my xbox whtdo I do? I've reinstalled uninstalled rest wipe my console clean etc and still nothing

It's true. You can only preorder a physical case (with a code in it). The digital version can't be pre-ordered.

 

Will the preview program version be available on the Xbox store? Cause I can't find it to pay for it

It should be available on the 12th which is launch day at some point. Generally preview games are not put up for preorder otherwise.
