    Hello, not sure why your accounts are blocked. Nobody here will be able to give you that information. The best thing to do would be call support and speak with someone there.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you the length of the suspension.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & length of the suspension.

    It should tell you on the enforcement site where you can also file for a case review if eligible

    Just to confirm; when you tried also to access the account through the website, you are presented with a message stating that the account is blocked, correct?
