Why are you able to get communications restricted for cursing in messages?

My recent post on the enforcement crew being soft got taken down so I have to have a soft worded post here and I am just wondering why you can get comm banned for cursing in messages, if they have an issue then they can set up account restrictions for themselves or their child if they have an issue with crude language like that and I just don't think people should get comm banned for cursing because you see it everywhere but a professional scenario and everybody knows xbox is far from that and if you have an issue with crude language, stay away from xbox or set up the restrictions, it's as simple as that and that is the reason why I believe you shouldn't be able to get comm banned from cursing or using crude language. Now, I do get slurs because those can be taken offensively if used in the wrong instance so of course that should be comm restrictable but dropping an f-bomb isn't offensive and if you have an issue with it just don't allow messages from random people or message them in the first place.

As a friendly reminder, don't retaliate but instead mute, report, and block a player.

How did you purchase the game? Via Xbox.com or using your console to buy from games marketplace?

I would advise as above, to speak with Customer Service, the error message you are getting is not a software problem but a region restriction, possibly buying the game from a marketplace that your region or account is not supposed to be able to buy from.

Customer support should be able to clarify why you are getting a regional restriction message despite you being able to purchase that game. They will be able to sort out the license or a refund depending on the outcome

Ive had a 1 day ban before for cursing in a message. But that was a year ago. I never sent anyone any messages to be able to get reported for it

Just because you or I don't get cursed doesn't mean others won't. Otherwise, why even make an enemy that can curse you?
