Why are Xbox Series Elite 2 controllers garbage?

Don't Microsoft & Xbox got quality controlls?? All the controllers seems to have issues, and waiting 2-3 weeks for a replacement ain't acceptable!

We pay money for a controller that should just work without problem! If this is Xbox, then I rather chose Nintendo and PlayStation over Xbox any day! Fix you controllers Microsoft! Stop try to make money by producing them on cheap factories and China and star produce them in USA. We don't care if it cost you money, it cost us money to even buy this garbage we can't use!

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
"Best of E3 2019 - Hardware/Peripheral" - Game Critics Awards.

Unboxed my Series X in October. Stick drift within a month. My Xbox 360 Elite controller still works flawlessly after nearly 15 years.

The new controllers are garbage.

Thanks for the reply. The Elite controller series 2 has various methods of mapping the buttons and paddles as compared to the series 1. If you haven't done so already, I recommend taking a look at the following support articles that
can assist you in determining how to set up the different functions, including how to use Shift with the controller to give you alternate inputs:
