    Why are Xbox completely uncontactable?


    Can't ring, can't get them to call you back, doesn't work on the help app, no web chat and when you speak to people on microsoft web chat they say they can't do anything? Anyone have a number to call? I've called 0344 800 2400 but that tells you to use the help app and hangs up on you.

    Literally all I'm trying to do is set up xbox games pass for pc but it won't let me sign into the right xbox live account. Anyone know how to fix this or contact someone to?

    I can't request a callback, this is the problem, after I enter my number it says "Something went wrong on our end, we are working hard to fix it".

    Can a gamer get a xbox support advisor to call me?

    Hey, the problems not the chat, it's that chat can't do anything and there is no one else to contact. Yes on 21H2.

    Webchat is gamers only not xbox support

    And no there is no call number your best option

    Use a different browser other then chrome like Firefox or edge

    Account support has to be done by xbox support gamers don't have access to your account and would be dangerous for them to have it

    That's why webchat cannot help
