Why are we still unable to see a list of blocked users on the xbox app for PC?

1. Open the Xbox app on your PC.
2. Click on the “Friends” tab at the top of the screen.
3. Click on the “Blocked” tab at the top of the screen.

This will show you a list of all the users you have blocked on Xbox.

Don't worry about that, mostly it is due to a friend that you had added and was suspended, or their account was deleted, if that is the case we have no way to delete it, Here are the steps to check for blocked or hidden:

Open the Xbox app on your Windows 10 PC.
Sign in to your Xbox account if prompted.
Click on the "Friends" icon located in the left sidebar.
Scroll through your friends list and look for any users marked as blocked or hidden. Blocked users may have a red "Blocked" icon next to their name, while hidden users may not appear in the list at all.
If you find a blocked or hidden user, you can choose to unblock or unhide them by selecting their profile.

Yes you go to your profile then go to following and friends and then at the top left it should show friends and games then you click on that and go down to blocked and it shows all of them on Xbox one
