    Why are we deleting the console companion???


    The xbox companion works great. What I mean by that is that using W+G sucks because after 10-25 mins (it doesn't happen with everyone but alot) it disconnects you from parties even if you're the host, and then it won't let you join the party without disconnecting or even start your own party. Like u literally can't. The same exact issue happens when using this supposedly new xbox app that is also bad. I was playing with my friends who are on xbox while im on pc and then it just kicks me/Disconnects me from the party. I couldn't join back or even start another one. I tried to task manager the app, Restart and Repair the app in the settings and that didn't even work. All my specs are up to date and the xbox console companion that is appeartently getting removed tomrrow 3/1/22 works like a charm. I've never had a problem with it. So why are you guys changing something that works completely fine. Makes no sense. If it works leave it be and now since you guys are chaning the app Me and other people that use the app to play with their friends on xbox will have to deal with this and for no reason besides the fact you guys feel the need to mess with stuff that already works.

    XBOX console companion "Achievment unlocked" notification

    The Xbox console companion has been discontinued, and that is likely the reason why it's currently malfunctioning. You should delete it and use the Xbox app built into Windows

    Sorry to hear it. After you've switched your primary address it can take a few days to fully populate your account which may be why you're having trouble.

    Once you've done it please try deleting the Beta app then log out of the Xbox Console Companion app on your PC. Restart the PC and log in to your Xbox Companion App before redownloading the Beta app. Let me know if that works

    Sorry to hear it. I would recommend opening the Xbox Console Companion on your PC and ensure that you're signed in as the proper account. If you are not then please sign out then delete the beta app. Sign your gamertag into the console companion then
    redownload the beta app. This should solve the issue.

    Hello and thank you for your suggestion Lucas. However:

    - I have looked into the Xbox app and couldn't find the settings you mentioned.

    - I have looked into the Xbox Console Companion app and couldn't find the "Delete Club" button you mentioned.

    - I don't have an Xbox.

    Perhaps there are other possible workarounds to delete a club?
