  1. Why are we being mislead with cloud gaming wait times and unreliability?


    Its now been over 4 months since this [mod removed] began. I see people making excuses because its in "beta". "You're trying to eat at a full restaurant, you have to wait for a table". Wrong. I don't pay $18 a [mod removed] month to wait for a table. Cloud gaming is the main marketing point for paying so damn much with game pass. It should be illegal to use a service as a tool for marketing if the service either does not work or is a poor service.

    Falsely advertising this service when its not even available half the time is [mod removed]. They're lying to their customers. I'm not saying they shouldn't be able to sell it, sure, they can. But not advertising it accurately as a broken product or even just simply disclaiming the extremely long wait times and potential for the service to constantly lag and/or fail to launch is wrong.

    Selling a monthly subscription service without transparency isn't right, and throwing a "beta" tag on it doesn't make it any more justified.

    Its been in beta how long? We don't care about that, we care about our time.

    Respect our time, or lose our money.

    Same is happening to me and I can’t be angrier. I got the Xbox game pass for Christmas since I can’t even think to afford the new Xbox or PlayStation consoles, and it hasn’t even been a day and starfield, deathloop, AND Deadspace hasn’t worked for me once! I swear I may unsubscribe by the end of the week if this keeps up, honestly the worst service I’ve ever encountered
