Why are these racist people I reported not being punished

It was on the same day, I honestly thought it would take only a day for the report to reviewed because I have had other instances where the report gets reviewed under an hour so that’s a fault on my part for not being very patient.

Yeah, it honestly varies from time to time but you should definitely allow a 48hrs period to go by.

Also keep in mind, that Xbox might send you a message letting you know that they acted on the report that you filed. However, due to business, legal, and privacy concerns, Xbox might refrain from sending you specific feedback about your report.

Xbox don’t send feedback for every report that’s filed.

I like the idea of punishing people for making false reports. Unfortunately, that would lead to decent people being punished because they were confused or misread the situation.

I'm confused how calling someone racist for being racist is against the TOS but being racist and calling me a monkey is not? How is the not a breach of the safety I was guarenteed when I even accepted the terms of conduct.

oh, he violated as well, I never said otherwise. If you have reported him you really have no sure fire way to know if he too was penalized, Microsoft doesn't share enforcement info as a rule.

"But he called me names" is not a valid reason, again that's why it's stressed never to respond, simply report.
