Why are there fewer Game Pass Ultimate tasks?

I found it very strange to see that there are less GPU tasks, this change was made globally; besides there is only one task per day. They removed most of the tasks and in countries like Canada, which in itself earns very few points, now it is much less. Does anyone know why Microsoft took this radical decision? Many of us who have GPU's do not like this.

I wasn't around when they made the change previously (early 2020) but they increased the amount of points available early on in the pandemic (presumably to get more people using the service)...so I wonder if they are simply reversing that change? As life is returning to a semblance of normality compared to when the first change occurred

when you upgrade to ultimate game pass and have Xbox live it will add the number of days of Xbox live to ultimate game pass making it 36 months, but I suggest after 36 months you cancel because there are conversion when adding more Xbox live to your account
and provide fewer days to ultimate game pass.

Follow the advice from colleagues. And happy gaming for the whole family. In future, my advice is to buy a game pass ultimate which is a combination of both. Since you are using it both it will give you a cheaper option and game pass for PC, same as for
Xbox, but with little fewer games for now.

There is none but I recommend you to acquire xbox game pass ultimate since it is great to have all the services, you can also get points with the game pass tasks and with them to acquire new subscriptions.

Even with games pass? Wondering if what yobrizo said is true.
