    Why are the XSX Wireless Headset problems still a huge problem?


    Why is the connection/console shut down problem with wireless headsets (for example the arctis 9X) still such a pain in the a**? Why isn't there a fix yet?

    anyone help me my wireless headset is stuck on port 2 and wont sync to port 1

    Turn off and disconnect all controllers from the Xbox 360 and disconnect the wireless headsets from the controllers.

    Connect the wireless headset to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. Turn on the wireless headset.

    Sync the headset to quadrant 1 by pressing the "Connect" button on the on the Xbox 360. Then press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset for two seconds. Do not continue to press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset, as this will change the
    quadrant to which it is connected. If the headset now works without the controllers attached, the problem must be with one of your controllers. If the headset still does not work, then the problem is with the headset.

    I’ve always had problems with wireless headsets on Xbox. My turtle beach headset that also uses the Xbox wireless protocol has this problem.

    I have 2 official Microsoft Wireless headsets, and 1 Official Microsoft Wireless Bluetooth headset and all 3 do the same thing. I'm not sure why they do this on my console but I can take my headsets to my friends place and my headset I take there doesn't
    have this problem when I play games there on his Xbox.

    Wireless headset problems.

    I found the keyboard messes with it more than the wired mic. You can try plugging the wired mic in and wiggling it around then pulling it out. The issue is the way it checks for a plugged in mic. If it gets dirty it can keep the signal while unplugged. Just
    jiggling a plug around in the jack should clear this up.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. If you switch your console over to
    energy-saver mode     does the issue persist?

    That's does sort the problem as a work around but then the console doesn't do any updates which is really annoying
