    Anyone else having problem with "jerkiness" today? When I click onto a piece I cannot move it for several seconds, then it just flies off in any direction.

    Playing Jigsaw

    When I play Jigsaw, the app randomly freezes. It won't let me move pieces to join the jigsaw, and keeps counting down time.

    Consequently, I'm in the situation where I can't solve puzzles, before time is up!

    MS Jigsaw locks up

    MS Jigsaw was not available for sometime. Since it has been reinstated, Jigsaw locks up all the time. On an "expert" puzzle, I can be down to the last puzzle piece and bingo - LOCK UP. Finally when I get it back a commercial ad always comes up first.

    Jigsaw locks up all the time. Can not even move a puzzle piece. This has been happening for some time now & lots of players have complained. Hey Microsoft why can't you fix your own software?????

    Glitchy mouse issues

    I am experiencing the same issue. At first I thought it was my mouse's battery going bad/dead. So I tried a new battery, but that did NOT fix the problem!! I do not remember when it first started, it was either after I download my first extra puzzle or
    after Windows did an update or both. But since then I have been having problems playing Jigsaw; having it freeze up especially when I am trying to move a puzzle piece, trying to click on a puzzle piece to pick it up to move it, sometimes when the game loads
    up it freezes, and sometimes after I complete a puzzle it will freeze up/crash.

    Hopefully Microsoft will address/fix these "issues"/"bugs"!

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    After I upgraded to Windows 10 my jigsaw puzzle game has being doing something strange, When I open a puzzle the pieces are kind of cut in half. They go together but its very hard to see where the pieces go, when chunks of the pieces are already attached.
    Can you help?

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    Reporting this same problem on 11/18/14. My gold has reset to 1500, and my progress on this month's challenges and the Jigsaw Jams have been wiped and won't save anything I've done today. It's kept the couple of extra sets I downloaded, but it's erased all
    of my records of completing some of the puzzles. Also, when I click to do the Daily Challenges, it sits on the load screen for 20+ seconds and the loading animation doesn't move.

    Moving More Than One Piece

    Pieces of the puzzle. Right now, you have to move one puzzle piece at a time. Is there a way I can move a group of puzzle pieces to another spot at one time?

    freezing up

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?
