Why are none of my transactions showing up on xbox rewards?

I have been an xbox rewards member for over a year now, and spent over $350 since then on digital purchases on my xbox one. Not a single transaction I made was ever processed by xbox rewards throughout the entirety of the year. $350 is not chump change,
and I feel used that I spent all that and got absolutely none of the rewards that were advertised with this program. Please please help.

Xbox Live Rewards credits not being added to my account

So recently I've notice some of my transactions are not showing up on my XBL rewards account which didn't make since. The transactions where going through and they're showing up on my Microsoft rewards transactions but not my Xbox. I was wondering is there
a problem or is this the way it is?

Purchases Disappearing from Billing/Purchase History. Effecting Rewards Stats.

Losing access is not my worry... its the fact that they are *** up my stats on XBL Rewards. Also I don't think its that. My oldest purchases are only a year old roughly & that doesn't explain why that almost none of my recent purchases from the past 3 months
are showing same, nor why most of the ones between the newest listed transaction and the oldest listed one are missing either .

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

I am looking mainly for the VIP Star ranking rebates. I have already qualified for those.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you were a zero star member up until this month, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
If you are asking about payback for this month, from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

If you don’t mind, please try refunding the DLCs purchased and try instead purchasing the DLCs inside the games on your Xbox Series X/S

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, as I stated in the OP, none of the purchased items associated with Stuntman: Ignition show up under my Order History at the request a refund page here. Therefore I am unable to request said refund. I can confirm that all of the transactions show up on my credit card account used to make said purchases, so the transactions were completed. I'm just at a loss for why they aren't showing up anywhere else. It's as though Microsoft doesn't have a record of these transactions, which I suspect is why the DLC is not showing up on my Series console.

I think we need a Microsoft representative to sort this.
