    Why are my purchases not being recorded?


    I purchased Gears of War 4 from the Microsoft Store online on 10/12/16, and signed into both my Xbox Live and Rewards accounts when doing so, but the purchase is not reflected on My Rewards page. I also purchased The Jackbox Party Pack 3 from the Xbox Live
    store on 1/9/17 and it does not show either, though it might be too early for that purchase. But why doesn't the Gears purchase appear? Is there a way to get it added retroactively?

    Some of my recent purchases from 11/16 are not being reflected in my pending rewards balance. Could you assist with why that is happening?

    Why are my purchases not being recorded?

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There were no offers to receive credits for Gears 4 when you purchased
    it. If you were eligible for VIP rebates, it would have been part of your rebate for that month.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account to reflect your MicrosoftStore.com purchase. You should see the Credits pending by the end of next week. Regarding your other purchase, since you do not have a VIP star, you do not get payback
    Credits for that purchase. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    My son charged almost $600. On my card without my permission for not even one purchase I approved of.

    My son charged almost $600. On my card without my permission.l requested a refund the same day and it was denied. Why?...I really need that money back. Why can't I speak to someone on the phone.     If the purchase was for roblox (im assuming virtual currency) then was any of the virtual currency spent? If so that would be one reason a refund being denied. In game currency that has been purchased and spent is non refundable.

    DVR Not recording

    I had same issue of the dvr not recording when i requested ' xbox record that' I was getting the notification saying that the clip was being recorded however there was no notification saying that the recording had ended. However the dvr recorded automatically
    when being promoted etc.

    My fix was the snap the game dvr while playing the game so that its on in the background. Now all my xbox record that requests are now being saved and ready for editing
