Why are my old clips not deleting?

I've had the same problem and the Xbox status hasn't changed despite many people reporting this. It also doesn't help that the support people will tell you to reset your Xbox which deletes your clips, so under no circumstances should you reset your console. This is on the network side. Share to your OneDrive and wait for Microsoft to fix it. We just need to get as many eyes on this as we can.

There are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft which means we just need to perform troubleshooting steps. Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware before attempting to delete any of your game clips again.

“ 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.”

this has been happening since this morning after trying to upload a newer clip

I deleted all my old clips and cannot clip still

Search for your gamertag at the link below. If the content is not listed there then it may have been deleted from your console. Either by yourself or by someone else with access to your account.
