why are my new puzzles not loading!!! ?? had them on here and now they are just totally gone...

To start things off, have you tried restarting your PC to see if there's any change? If not, give that a go and start the game back up. If you're still having trouble, try uninstalling the game, restart once more, and then reinstall it

This has happened to me as well i purchased the history puzzles (new) the landscapes and the landscape paintings (also new) my coins are gone it was loading and the screen flipped to homepage i cant even find where they might be ""downlloading"" in the store..
VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SITUATION. i want the puzzle pacs or my coins redeemed asap

EvilRev suggested a way to fix it...

For some reasosn when u load up a totally new unplayed game via the disc drive (in my case mini ninjas) the new 1000points somehow corrected the problem i had on my social page.

Now my achievement total and social page match once again

(no idea why this works but it did)

Does this mean now that all the stores that are already closed will re-open?



I ask because my local GAME is totally empty now, even the shelfs are all gone, just a load of boxes laying everywhere.

Hello! Have you tried signing out of the Xbox app & store with your account and signing back in? What about an uninstall & reinstall of the game?

Hi, I did the uninstall & reinstall several times yesterday and today. Also signed out and then back in, notice most all of my previously solved collections were gone but my total points were there, as well as my custom puzzles. I then downloaded the new
Big Sur collection and every time I enter the first puzzle it loads until just before opening and Jigsaw terminates. Mahjong works fine and my calendar of solved days is up to date.

That's what is so perplexing since all the software and devices work for one game but not the other.
