Why are my games not showing up when I sign into my Xbox account on my PC?

It may mean that these games are not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, may I ask what are games that you're looking for?

It was for the game, it does show up on my history as a purchase for the game.

I signed into my microsoft account on my pc to see if there was something I could do there. When I check my games, the game is not in my Xbox but does come up under pc. Microsoft says i was given the code for a pc game and not the code for Xbox.

the video iPod does show up when connected to both my mac and PC.. Dunno why it is not showing up on my xbox...

Thanks Francia, maybe I didn't make my problem clear. I only have 1 Microsoft account and when I sign in on my old pc Solitaire is fine, is connected and has my history, when I sign in on my new pc Solitaire says it's connected, it shows the same name and picture, but there is no history. I don't know why not or how to fix it.

PS: On my pc right now, when I am logged into my account, it shows that I bought the game..and that it is paid for.. HOwever, it also says "There are no game or avatar items in your Queue." Therefore... when I turn on the 360, the game is NOT showing up
anywhere.. its not showing up on the pc either even though it confirms that I paid for the game..

And again, I've already spoken to THREE (3) microsoft reps, and they do NOT know what the problem is.. they KNOW I paid for the game, but they do NOT know why its not showing up.
