Why are my games I brought on my xbox account not showing up for me to play on my PC?

Bit of an odd assumption to make but I get why you'd make it.

Yes, I'm on my account rating a game played on my account.

I didn't think of the PC review, as I thought reviews are seperated by console, so I tested that.

The same situation occurs there too though, games I own and have multiple achievements/hours/the whole nine yards on aren't showing up as owned by me.

A few games showed up as owned on the PC store and though I couldn't review on PC, it did allow me to do so on Xbox.

Hey when i clcked that little page link it brought me to the page.. i clicked the install and it says i own it, but when i click the install to my devices it doesnt show amy deviced attached to my account! My X1X is registered to my account so not sure
why its not linking up..

I recently got a new CPU for my PC, and brought over an old hard drive. I then got a Game Pass subscription, and brought over my old games. I can play these games fine, but no new games will play. I install them, but when I click play, in the Windows
store and the Xbox app, nothing happens. Can someone please tell me why?

It may mean that these games are not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, may I ask what are games that you're looking for?
