Why are my controllers randomly connection and then never connecting again?

Hi,

connect the controller with a USB C cable with the console.

Go to the controller settings and click on the 3 dots below the picture.

You can update the controller there.

I have never had any connectivity issues with the Xbox one controller, but since the February update my controller randomly disconnects. I have tried everything to remedy this and nothing works apart from connecting a USB and sitting about a couple feet
away from the TV

Aka Scratch, that's a big problem if you are using Smartglass on a tablet or phone, which makes me wonder if that is why my controller drops randomly on a fresh charge of play and charge batteries...even connected via cable.

Does you controller disconnect as well?

I have the same problem, whenever I am using an online connection for a game, my wireless connections just randomly drops, could be as quick as 1 minute or as long as 45 minutes. Also my controller disconnects along with my wireless connection.

Having the same issue out of nowhere. Now randomly when I turn on my xbox it will not be connected at all. Then I go to connect and it will only do a moderate or strict. I will reset my router and then sometimes it will go on open. A few days later if I
turn it on again it is on moderate or strict. I have a day one edition and this has never happened before until recently. My 360 gets a constant connection just fine as well as my other wireless devices.
