Why are my achievements not displaying on my profile?

This problem is going on for 4 straight days now and the servers are up and down and up and down...

over at trueachievements.com are even more reports.

I have not been able to unlock even story based achievements.

sometimes the list appears with games I completed a week ago with 0/1000 (0%) or the whole list disappeared.

I tried to report this problem to MS, but seems like they don't care as no single info regarding this issue has been provided. (reported 4 times now)

Just to confirm, are you checking your achievements via Xbox One, or series console?

If it is via console, I suggest to try removing and adding your profile first. Just make sure you take note of the email address where your gamertag is associated before removing it as you need your email to sign back in. If you are not sure how to check your email address on the console, just press the Xbox button  to open the guide.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN.

Under Show on Home, you’ll see the email or phone number you use to sign in. If you enable this setting, this account info will be displayed on your Home screen.

After you are done adding your account back, restart your console as well then check whether the achievements will appear or if the options to unhide will appear. It’s not just you, it’s happening to me too and other people. There have been other issues going on for about a month now too. Hopefully they fix this and everything else soon.

Thank you very much, it solved my issue. It's a pity that I can't keep it checked and display everything.

It's because of the Ambassador badge. If you turn that off on the Ambassador site, it will show up as normal.
