    Why are minecraft worlds only partially syncing


    I'm playing minecraft on two separate consoles, both are Xbox One S-es. Both have an internet connection but progress from console A only partially transfers to console B.

    Often I'm in the same place and have the same inventory but less levels or a wolf is missing. I'll play so many hours on console A, upload to cloud, shut everything down, move to console B, sync and download, then open the world and see changes.

    In an attempt to keep the changes from being permanently, I force close the game on console B in hopes they won't be saved. Re-open on console A and continue as is then repeat.

    Hey there!

    Minecraft's Cloud Saving will only sync your character and profile, worlds are stored only on the device you played.

    If she really needs her old world back, you can use the Minecraft Realms trial to "download" the world on Xbox Series X, you can follow this Guide here.

    Everything is set to allow. My worlds are still unable to sync. I signed into my Microsoft profile on minecraft and there is no option on the ps4 to sync my old worlds.

    You can use the Minecraft Realms standard or try the steps below first when transferring worlds.

    In Minecraft (Bedrock Version), select the Sync Old Worlds button at the bottom of the worlds list in the Play menu. This finds any worlds on the device from the Minecraft: PS4 Edition and displays them below the button.

    Select any of the worlds that are displayed to convert it to the Bedrock edition.

    After conversion, the world will show up above the Sync Old Worlds button, along with the rest of your Bedrock worlds.
