Why are hackers getting away with it, Microsoft is doing nothing to stop them WHY?

My son was playing xbox enjoying himself when this hacker too his account he has not stop he did it again this year and Microsoft is doing nothing about they are a million dollar company and yet they cannot stop this fraudulent hackers taking your account
this has happen 2 times already and my son and i did everything we could to stop this guy his icloud account is
[Mod Removed - Personal Information] . who the [Mod Removed] does he think he is i need help in contacting someone who can tell me why is he allowed to do this he has been nothing but trouble he thinks he is funny great laugh
ha ha. as you think we need help in this matter i would like to also warn others watch this guy if he contacts you or someone who plays on xbox one he will hack your account fraudulently and take every thing you earn by playing online he has ruin my son happiness
and xbox one (microsoft) does not care. he needs to be stop. we need help in this matter

Also, make sure you son don't share any personal or account information with anyone online because many times they use that information to take over someone's account.

Billion dollar company.

I would suggest never giving your kids their account password so they can never get phished/account stolen. I will not give either of my kids their own password until they are at least 15.

Here you can add extra security measures to the xbox account, like two step authentication.

This will make the account at least a bit more secure. off course changing the password once in while will help securing the account too.

It might also be a good idea to shore up the security of your emails etc. with password changes if you have been compromised multiple times. Make sure that your son doesn't give out ANY personal information to anyone asking him online. Also, make sure
to report these people that do.
