Why are Games missing after I have purchased on Games with Gold for free?

So Xbox Games with Gold offer games for free each month to own. So Can somebody explain why the following games have turned from an owned status to no longer owned and I need to buy them now?

Tales from the Borderlands (November 2017)

Back To The Future (Decmeber 2017) Has disappeared off the face of Xbox

Tomb Raider (January 2018)

The Technomancer (April 2019)

I bought these as part of my payment to Xbox Live Gold and now it is saying I do not own these games.

This is pretty much shenanigans!

Since 2016 I have never had a break in my subscription and it has been auto renewed at £40GBP per year out of my account.

My bank account has always been the same to bill from too.

Double check to make sure your Gold subscription is active, that is the only reason I can think of that might be causing this issue.

Well. If they think you are lying is it easy to send screen captures to them so they can see what happened

I think I've recently come across a similar version of this problem. However, all of these games still appear in my "Games with Gold" library for installation, but my Xbox won't let me play half of them ("You must have a current Gold or Ultimate Game Pass
subscription" error code 0x803f800f).

For whatever reason, some of them do not appear under available games when I check them through my account online. There is no consistency between what I can or can't play off the list either. some of them simply act as though I don't have a current subscription
or never owned the game (biggest offender right now is AC: Syndicate, which I was literally playing without issue two days ago!)

I have Game Pass Ultimate, which by extension means I also have the equivalent of a Gold Subscription, so I cannot figure out why this problem is persisting. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions short of cancelling and renewing this subscription
(which I'm concerned may double-charge me for this month) to no avail.

Worst part is, this isn't even the first time I've encountered this style of issue (while I had the Game Pass, never had problems when it was just Gold). Feeling frustrated with how frequently Xbox One/Xbox Live seem to conspire to prevent me from playing
the game I want to play, often while I'm in the midst of actually playing it.

Where the hell are the games i bought with Games With Gold and why do i not have them "owned" anymore ?

new xbox app (beta) is broken. first i first installed it, It showed no games owned. I still could play games installed, but had to search microsoft store for owned games. Now when I try the app it doesn't log me in at all. Broken App that messed up everything.
console app though bad at least worked.
