    Why are all my backwards compatible Xbox 360 disks not working on my Xbox one anymore. They all used to work. Any fix? Help please ‍♀️

    You may have to reinstall them since the latest system update changed a decent amount of the OS and software

    I use just an normal Xbox one

    And no all my disks work just this one doesn’t weirdly and I put it in my Xbox 360 again but it does work normally so I’m confused

    How is it a first sign that our 360 is on its way out? It's the disk that's messed up, not our xbox. All of my other games work fine, so I don't know why you're blaming our consoles when it's the disk.

    My Xbox one won't play my 360 Lego pirates of the Caribbean even though that is on the list of backwards compatible games. Why doesn't it work?what can I do?
    Clean your disk and make sure there are no scratches on the disk itself

    It was on my Xbox 360, I have not tried it on my Xbox one yet. no errors just that the disk cant be read. all my other 360 games install fine
